Integration of shaft/hub connector and bearing retainer does not require bearing collar (to keep bearing from dropping). This contributes to manufacturing/assembling cost reduction.

  • ※1 Proof strength of hub alloy is 195Mpa or more.
  • ※2 Note: The smallest hub diameter is deformed less than 0.1mm by the tightening screw. The surface pressure may not be enough because of the expanded outer diameter due to the tightening screw of aluminum alloy which has a low modulus of (direct) elasticity.
  • ※3 Yield point stress of hub material is 343Mpa (equivalent to S45C) or more.
