Comparison of allowable transmission torque

Mecha-lock MT series utilize suitable taper angle so that the shaft comes into contact first with Mecha-lock when Mecha-lock is equipped with shaft and hub, for more efficient connection.
Inner and outer rings are improved for easier installation/uninstallation and are specially manufactured to reduce cost.
MT series are suitable for low cost and general use applications.

  • HL-1 is one use of Mecha-lock and HL-2 is two use of Mecha-lock.
  • Minimum outer diameter of hubs in the above table applies when the guiding section for the centering is equal to or greater than 1/2 the shaft diameter. Please contact ISEL if the required length for the guiding section cannot be achieved.
